Initial enhancements such as the heavier mixing weight (2kg), with a larger capacity to use 2.8ltr tapered pails.

2024 is the 50th anniversary year of Hauschild so the introduction of a larger capacity of 1.1kg / 1.5kg + 2kg L.R (Long Radius) models that now accept a 1 US Gallon 3.78ltr pail.

All Smart-DAC's boast 20% more power, vacuum degassing capability, humidity and temperature sensors, counter rotation, remote control, live material temperature control and cooling, user access control and a LED Strobe light etc. These enhancements allow previous formulation boundaries to be surpassed.
